Agreement

By using Harmon ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Harmon Life OS ("we", "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

What Harmon provides

Harmon is a personal life operating system that aggregates your financial accounts, health data, home automation, and calendar into a unified dashboard with an AI companion (ARIA). The Service provides information and organization tools — it does not provide financial advice, medical advice, or professional recommendations.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and to keep your account information current.

Subscription and billing

Harmon is offered in three tiers: Essential ($29/mo), Pro ($99/mo), and Private ($199/mo). Annual plans receive a 17% discount. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata upon cancellation.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

Your data

You retain full ownership of all data you provide to Harmon. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your financial records, documents, health data, or personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Harmon to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the Service for commercial purposes beyond personal life management without written permission.

Not financial or medical advice

Harmon and ARIA provide information, analysis, and organizational tools. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or medical advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important financial, legal, and medical decisions.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses based on information displayed in your dashboard. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend access immediately if you violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
